Building
LUCID stands in a characteristic spot: between the historic city centre and the innovative activity of Biotech Campus Delft. LUCID fits into its surroundings while adding a new (rooftop) landscape to the public green space. The result is a building you experience: from the outside, but also from the inside. Its open and transparent character makes LUCID a pleasant working environment. A place where you connect. With other entrepreneurs, with colleagues, with yourself.

Due to its great flexibility, LUCID can be used in different ways every time. Floors that can be freely arranged allow for various efficient spaces, functions and layouts. LUCID is sustainable, circular and totally future-proof. Bio-based materials enhance the healthy character of the building. The columns, floors and transparent facades are fully reusable. Besides being maximally flexible and completely future-proof, LUCID is also energy-neutral and climate-adaptive. Solar panels on the roof generate energy. Green roofs not only enhance local biodiversity, but also retain part of the rain and provide cooling during summer days.
